Earth in Color brought us on board to develop content strategy and produce the Eatin’ Good Dinner Party, the brand’s first New York event in partnership with Grist.
Eatin’ Good took attendees on a culinary journey through NYC's five boroughs through a menu curated by Chef Will Coleman.

As part of Earth in Color’s Eatin’ Good partnership with Grist, this immersive, culinary event brought together Black adults in community with the intention of empowering them to connect with sustainable living through food.
Guests were taken on a coursed food journey through the city’s boroughs to highlight a selection of seasonal, local and sustainable ingredients that were not only native to each borough, but were also ingredients they could incorporate into their everyday living.
